In the MIDA FINNSOM project, qualified Somali diaspora experts return temporarily to Somalia to help rebuild the country’s health and education sectors. The project is implemented by IOM, in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Human Services (MoHHS) and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Higher Education (MoECHE) of the Federal Government of Somalia and financed by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
